compassionate treatment of me and my cat. I needed emergency attention for my cat who was in distress. They saw us right away. I had to put my pet to sleep. The staff was kind and respectful. Thank you for your kindness.

Staff are very loving of my animal and are very clear and helpful. I’ve never had any issues or felt any rudeness or unprofessionalism- so I’m unsure why these other reviews say otherwise. Price is normal for any vet. People who are complaining about pricing obviously don’t understand vet service prices. If you have issues with how much they cost, you probably shouldn’t have animals.

Warning to all pet lovers please read before you bring your pet to dr. Schwartz: when she worked at New England Vet Clinic she was assigned to put my cat down who had cancer. Now any pet owner would know that this experience is painful enough as it is already, however she made this experience a living hell for me. Being almost 5 years ago it feels like it happened last week. She kept insisting that she give my cat ketamine because she claimed my cat was "acting up". I offered to hold my cat while she gave her the lethal injection, thinking that it would not prolong her suffering any more than necessary. But no, dr. Schwartz brought my cat into the back with the vet assistant and gave her ketamine, my cat was screaming. I've never heard her scream like that. The doctor brought her back in and said she'd be back in about 5 to 10 minutes while the sedative took effect. In about a minute my cat was paddling, panting, and shaking on the table! Mind you I was alone in the room with my cat when this happened, which was a horrific experience! After what seemed an eternity, dr. Schwartz came in and finally gave my cat the lethal injection! She never ever warned me of the effects of ketamine on my cat, it hurt me so bad she might as well have pulled my heart out of my chest! Dr. Schwartz was a cold, heartless person who had a horrible bedside manner!!!

They were great with us when our cat had to put down. Very humane and kind with us.

They're nice. For some reason my puppy loves going there, even after her spay surgery. Which went very well by the way. I was surprised, no visible scars or anything. A bit pricey but I think it's just typical vet prices.
