It's the thoughtfulness that really stands out. Sometimes the doctor will take his time to thoroughly consider and research our questions. We have a very high success rate in keeping our dogs safe & healthy, in part due to Dr. Freedman, He is accessible and knowledgeable. Most importantly, like us, he has the best interest of animals at heart.
Always fit us in, great staff. You can see how much they all love animals and cate for them properly. They're also friendly and cost effective.
As well, she diagnosed my other cat Smyla with Hyperthyroidism and had her on medication within 2 days.
I called the day after medication arrived as there was a question about dosage. Dr. Rotner immediately called back within seconds.

I brought my cat Misha in to Dr Thomas for acupuncture and she did a really great job with her. Very caring.
