Very mediocre service. Two guys showed up and acted like they had no idea what they were doing. They had zero moving tools and thudded all the furniture down my stairs. Wish the service was more professional...
We just had this company to remove two heavy sleep sofas. The gentlemen were very efficient, careful and professional. They were in and out in a very short time and they were very pleasant. Liked doing business with them and am referring them to all in our condo building. Thank One Call Junk Haul!
Ever take a good look around your house and wondered, "What am I doing with all this STUFF?" My large antique apartment required a complete cleanout, and I'd been living with LOTS of things I never used any more. OCJH cleaned it out FAST and efficiently at a very reasonable price. Plus, the men they sent were nice guys. I just sat in a chair and watched while years of accumulated junk disappeared! Penn & Teller couldn't have done it faster.
FALSE ADVERTISING- NO WORK ETHIC, LAZY!!!! This is the WORST company I ever have worked with. The workers showed up to my disabled mothers house with a HORRIBLE attitude, acting like we were inconveniencing their day by being there TO DO THEIR JOB! Jeff, one of the junk removers, had the worst attitude from the start, not to mention he didn't show up until 12:45 when he was suppose to arrive by 11am LATEST. Then he tried to tell my disabled mother there would be additional charges when we had already gone over the scope of work with the owner 3 TIMES!! Basically, they wanted us to to do the work FOR THEM by putting everything in a neat pile for them. Mind you, we had asked them to remove a few old pieces of furniture from a couple of different rooms in the house. But because they had to walk into the different rooms instead of one pile for them, they tried to up charge my mother and gave her a hard time. This company is SO UNPROFESSIONAL, and when we called the owner Jesse, he was even WORSE! He was so rude, and unprofessional to speak to my mother that way after HE INSISTED no one needed to come view the scope of work prior to wasting our time having them come out. Jesse is the worst business owner, go back to school and learn how to run a company! These people have absolutely NO work ethic, and are a very shady company with their hidden fees. Needless to say, I will be filing with the Better Business Bereau.
I used their dumpster service twice; kind, polite, fair price-right on time, and flexible when I needed it. Very good experience.
