Even after our diligent compliance with every reconfirmation request (including a morning phone call the day of the rental) and showing up early they were completely unprepared and unable to provide a safe or serviceable unit after a 4+ hour on site wait.

There was clear evidence they knew full well of the problems when we arrived but did not even hint there was an issue until 2 hours into the rental process including the charge to the credit card. They have also failed do credit a deposit or $2,500 fee they processed. We have filed a fraud dispute with the card company and others. You should expect a manipulative, dysfunctional, and fraudulent experience. It is not a way to start a vacation with your grandchildren, in the planning for months, unless your objective is to make them cry.
