This place is a dump! For the price they charge the could dust off exhibits or wipe the live spiders from the lights. The place smells like mold. Save your money and do not go to pirates museum in Salem Massachusetts! Only good part was the kid who gave the tour. Very knowledgeable and polite!
Should be named: stories of New England pirates. Not sure I saw a single artifact, maybe a few pistols, but I'm they were from another era. And the guide was clearly didn't highlight them. Youd be better off watching a documentary. Other than the guide, staff were a bite irritable. Frankly, I was glad the tour was 10 min.
Best museum in town. We went in thinking it would be just another silly museum in town. Turned out to be a fantastic tour with a very knowledgeable staff. You may go to Salem for the witches, but don't leave out the pirates.
Fabulous! Great for kids and adults. Cute shop, lively and humorous tour while being informative. Kept kids and adults engaged. Exhibits well done. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The guide was cool and funny but it was NOT a museum. Could really improve the manequins a little bit.
