My daughters boot zipper had a broken pull, he was able to fix it in just a few minutes for a small fee and saved the day! He also gave me good advice..."don't do home shoe repair"...the pull tab was broken when we tried to free a stuck zipper. He's right, next time I'll bring any boot or shoe issues to him! I will recommend him to others for sure!
It was my first time at Gagnon's and the outcome was more than I could have hoped for. I neglected one of my pair of boots and the 1 inch heel was warn down to a 1/2". He said that it might not match 100%, but he would do his best. I got an amazing result! I got three pairs fixed for $70. Considering one of the pairs was $55 because the damage was so extent the price is great. I am definitely going back anytime I have nay problems with any of my shoes. Highly recommend it. If you don't know if it is worth it bring it in. He will be honest if it is worth trying to fix.
He's just the best. Made me see why I needed to wear my lift sneaker & stop being like a child about it. Made me the most beautiful platform lift sparkly shoe for my sons wedding. Couldn't wear them the whole day but I walked down that damn aisle & danced that damn Mom & Son dance with a pretty shoe thank you
Great place to go to get personal service with an excellent final product. A business that has been in the family for generations. Shoes, bags or anything that is leather can be repaired here. The owner is very honest and will tell you if it is not worth fixing. This shop has all your shoe care needs, polish, laces, cleaners etc. They also do custom orthopedics.
