The worst insurance company in Massachusetts; Beware! The insurance worker named Giselle Lopez is the most unprofessional person in that establishment. Not only does she lie about getting back to you but she also likes to make stories on how she is doing her job and helping you. I have been behind her for two weeks and when finally I get a hold of her she quotes an outrageous amount of money. Seems like this company is not about making a costumer feel appreciated but to make their pockets rich and scaring them off. Disgusting! They need to be closed for good. I would not recommend them at all. First time going to them and the treatment that Giselle Lopez gave me was horrible. This company should reconsider her working position if they expect new clientelle. People please go somewhere else this company is not worth your money.
