Staff was friendly but the result was horrible.
These guys are great. They come to where your car is if you need them to. They are extremely patience. I was a bit of a pain in the @$$ the last time I called them. They have done a great job detailing our cars. I had a leased car that I was returning. I let them know it was a lease and they did a great job of making it return worthy. The dealership seemed to think so as well. When ever I need to get my car detailed I call these guys which is not as often as I should (kids). When I get my car back you cannot tel that I have kids! That's amazing!
I love my car more than anything, and when I received back from them after getting a full detail, my windshield was all scratched up on the inside drivers side. Tons of small scratches and I was appalled by the sight of this. As some one who has a passion for cars, the lack of respect and care for my car has shown me that I can not go back there nor recommend them to any one. I now have to figure out whether or not I will need a windshield replacement or not. I have not bothered calling HMA about this because I do not want them any where near my car again.
The staff at HMA are extremely friendly, professional, and organized. The quality of the detailing is excellent. Having the option of pick up and drop off was a great help, and the driver couldn't have been any nicer.

We needed to bring in our car for mold remediation after the AC malfunctioned. HMA removed and cleaned the entire interior. The car looked and smelled new when returned to us. As a bonus, they cleaned the exterior as well. Highly recommended.
